Yes, complimentary parking is available onsite. Your registration will provide access for one car parking space on the day for up to 2.5 hours.

Each test drive experience will be 15 minutes, depending on demand and traffic conditions.

Yes, please bring a valid driver’s licence and a DVLA check PDF document, which will need to have been created within 72 hours of your arrival. You can acquire this here. You will also be asked to sign an indemnity form on arrival. 

To take part in a test drive, the following guidelines apply to drivers:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
• Have had no disqualifications in the last 6 months
• A DVLA check PDF document, which will need to have been created within 72 hours of your arrival. You can acquire this here.
• Any children under 135 cm in height must travel in a car seat fitted by yourself to the car prior to the test drive

The test drive will be unaccompanied with a pre-planned route to follow for the 15 minute drive. Chery product specialists will be on hand for any questions before and after the drive.

Yes, you can change your experience arrival time subject to availability. If you have already registered, you can re-access your registration here.

You have the opportunity to test drive a second vehicle, which can be booked on the day (subject to model and time slot availability).

The Live Walkrounds and Carwow Clinic sessions will take place periodically during each day. Timings for the day will be posted on this website nearer the time. Sessions will not be required to be pre-booked and are free to attend.

We understand that plans can change.  If you can't make your experience arrival time slot, just let us know by emailing contact@carwowlive.com as soon as you can so we can offer your spot to another guest.

Yes! Three guests (non-drivers) are very welcome to join you, but only registered drivers can test drive and children must be supervised at all times.

Your guest is very welcome to also register and pre-book their own test drive. Your guest can register here.

Dogs on leads are welcome in the venue but not in the cars. Please note that dogs need to be closely supervised at all times.

Casual and comfortable warm clothing layers are advised in accordance with the time of year. Closed shoes with grip are best for driving.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair and mobility-friendly.
